Reservation is required for all tours and depending on program and availability or minimum participants numbers.
The voucher’s validity is for the current or next season and for a maximum of 12 months. The voucher has to be redeemed within this time frame.
The voucher can be converted for a different tour or activity than stated on the voucher itself, if same value or by paying the price difference.
The booking with voucher corresponds to a payment and submits to the general buying conditions:
The money will be returned:
· if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions. The tours run even if there is light rain and are suspended only by the decision of the guides if the water level or the conditions might be dangerous.
· if the minimum quota of participants is not reached.
The money will NOT be returned:
· for forced changes of program (if same value)
· for delays in starting time
· for failing to appear at starting time
· for cancellations or changes which are not communicated to our office in time (7days in advance)
